To turn off events from email, choose Don't add events to my calendar from email. To control what events are added to your calendar, check or uncheck the boxes for Flights , Hotel reservations , Car rentals , Package delivery , Dining reservations , Events , or Bills.
Note: If you're using a Microsoft for business account or other commercial account with Outlook, package delivery information won't be added to your calendar automatically. By default, any events created from email are marked as private so their details are only visible to you.
You can choose to make your events public by clearing the Mark events as private so only I can see them box.

Click OK , and then click Apply View. Either one of the previous procedures will display a list of all Calendar items. On the Edit menu, click Select All. For more information about defining views, click Microsoft Outlook Help on the Help menu, type Views in the Office Assistant or the Answer Wizard, and then click Search to the view the topics returned.
